FINYE (THE WIND)
A Mali/Frecnh film set in a small village in contemporary Africa,Finye centres on a love affair between an army commander’s daughter and the grandson of a tribal chief. A MOVEMENT IN TIME (PG)
Introduced by the Metropolitan Black Police Association. This film chronicles the history of the Association over the past 10 years. It describes the Association’s involvement in the Stephen Lawrence inquiry and examines its activism in tackling racism in the police service. This will be followed by a discussion on the empowerment of Black youth in the capital. Light refreshments will be provided. THE HARDER THEY COME
